Shipping Policy

Every order placed at Maysie London ships free of charge. No minimum spend, no discount codes needed. Just place your order and we will take care of the rest.

Where We Ship

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We work with a number of reliable carriers to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. The carrier assigned to your shipment will depend on your location and availability at the time of dispatch.

Order Processing

Once your payment has been confirmed, your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping — All orders delivered within the United Kingdom ship free. There is no minimum order value required.

Delivery Times

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier capacity, weather conditions, or busy seasonal periods. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can also check your delivery status at any time through our Track Your Order page.

Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes or certain restricted addresses. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please get in touch before placing your order.

Delivery Issues

If a delivery attempt was unsuccessful and your parcel has been returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a reship. Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout, as additional shipping charges may apply for redeliveries.

If your order arrives damaged or does not show up within the expected timeframe, contact us as soon as possible and we will look into it and resolve it for you.
