At Maysie London, we want you to love every order. If something is not right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to reach out to us.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at info@maysielondon.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and send you return instructions. Please note that returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any items that show signs of wear or have been washed will not be eligible for a refund.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the cost of sending it back.

Issues with Your Order

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive something damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@maysielondon.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If the item is confirmed damaged or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no cost and arrange the return shipping.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

If you are based in the United Kingdom, you are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within that 14-day period. The item must be returned unused, with original tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase. Refunds will be handled in accordance with UK consumer law.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return requirements, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it has been processed.
